The Green Bay Packers’ 2014 season has been over for about a week now, and that only means one thing: The 2015 Sharon Van Etten season is in full swing. This year the Packers were knocked out of the playoffs in a particularly abysmal manner, and, without getting into specifics, let’s just say Sharon’s songs are starting to wear thin.

Thankfully, the singer-songwriter has gifted us with “I Don’t Want to Let You Down,” a new rocker fresh off the heels of her 2014 effort, Are We There. Like the majority of her output, the track certainly doesn’t let me down; it does, however, bring about forty other emotions bubbling to the surface.
